OWAFC aims to be a family friendly, community football club.

We aim to create a non-exclusive, fun and safe environment where the values of fair play, good sportsmanship and team play are extolled.

We aim to provide a pathway for our junior players to continue through our junior program and onto our senior club and expect senior players, coaches and staff to help with the development of the pathway.

We aim to provide education to players, families and officials on the need to be respectful of both umpires and the opposition so that we create an environment in which visiting teams and umpires are welcomed at our club.

We aim to be a club that shares the workload amongst many so that too much is not left to too few.
