How old does my child need to be to start playing at Old Westbourne?

To be eligible to play under 9′s the child must turn 8 in the year they begin. This can be any time of the year up until December 31.

Can my daughter play footy for Old Westbourne?

She sure can! In line with AFL policy, girls can play in mixed competitions up to under 14′s and our fantastic YOUTH GIRLS team welcomes players aged from 13-18

When will my child’s games be on?

Youth Girls – Saturday between 9am and 11am depending on scheduling.

U9 & U10 – Sunday 8.50am

U11 & U12 – Sunday 10.20am

U13 & U14 – Sunday 12.05pm

U15 & U16 – Sunday 2.05pm

Under 19′s – Saturday’s

Seniors & Reserves – Saturday’s

How much does it cost to play at Old Westbourne?

2013 Membership Fee’s as follow:

Juniors: $200  -  Maximum family fee of $300, including 2nd and subsequent players.

Under 19′s and Students: $280 ($250 if paid in full by 28 Feb)

Seniors: $330 ($300 if paid in full by 28 Feb)
